What materials do you use for your artwork?

Only the good stuff. Tiles, neon rope lights, epoxy resin, professional-grade prints — if it’s in my shop, it’s built to be bold and made to last.

Can I order something custom?

Depends how wild you’re feeling. I mostly focus on ready-made pieces, but if you’ve got a killer idea, hit me up and we’ll talk.

Are digital downloads refundable?

No. All digital download purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” I’m unable to issue refunds once the download has been sent. Please make sure you select the correct option (Single Frame Download or Three-Piece Set Download) before completing your purchase.

If you ever have trouble accessing your files, just contact me — I’ll always make sure you receive everything you’ve paid for.

Carefully. Brutally carefully. Every piece gets padded, wrapped, and packaged like it’s headed to the moon — so it lands in your hands looking exactly how it should.

Yep. Art knows no borders. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you are — all calculated for you at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Processing and dispatch times vary depending on the type of artwork you order — you’ll find the specific dispatch time listed in each product’s description.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes just a few business days (location-dependent). You’ll also receive a tracking number the moment it ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

What if my item shows up damaged?

Rare, but if it happens, message me within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll sort it — no drama.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is handmade, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis to keep things fair for everyone.

Just contact me first — I’ll always try to make the process smooth and fair.

Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable.

If a return is approved, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
